Our environmental approach
Since its creation, we have given a central place to respect for the environment. For us, for you and for future generations, we strive to minimize the impact of our activity on the environment.
We educate our teams and customers:
- Our Environment Manager has received specific training on sustainable tourism, environmental preservation and CSR issues;
- Our teams are trained in ecogestures to be respected in their daily tasks;
- We choose our service providers and suppliers based on their sustainable and social commitments;
We save water and energy:
- We have installed water savers/pressure reducers on faucets and showers so as not to deplete the resource;
- We check our water and electricity meters every month to better manage our consumption;
- We have installed rainwater collectors to water green spaces and limit the use of drinking water;
- We replace each bulb with an LED or low energy bulb and have already equipped more than 75% of our lighting;
- All of our lighting is LED which allows energy savings and similar comfort for our customers;
- We can turn off heaters remotely, put devices to sleep;
- We have installed presence detectors and timers in common areas to limit energy waste.
We limit and sort waste:
- We have set up several selective sorting points; all the hotel is equipped with pre-collection bags;
- We have implemented signage to support our customers in the sorting process in accordance with local regulations;
- We have favoured green cups;
We care about the well-being of our customers:
- Cleaning products used in our hotel are eco-labelled;
- For the well-being of our teams and yours, we have banned bleach that is irritating to the respiratory tract and toxic to aquatic organisms;
- Our facility is completely non-smoking.

- Our greenspaces are pesticide-free and we use alternative methods to control weeds and insects;
- For a good biodiversity we have set up nest boxes for birds as well as insect hotels and are engaged with «a roof for bees» to save bees. We sponsor a hive and have our honey made by a local beekeeper.
